I had an awesome Mothers Day with all of the trimmings. Breakfast in Bed, gift card to the spa, Cody singing the mothers day songs in sacrament meeting and playing as a family in the back yard. But I just had to share the gift Cody made for me in Pre-School. He came home from school on Thursday with my mother’s day present.
I withheld myself and did not open it. Well on Sunday morning, Matt and Cody woke me up with Breakfast in Bed and some presents. I was so excited to open Cody’s present and was taken off guard to see that is was a little paper tea cup and some Chai Green Tea. Matt and I were trying not to laugh in front of Cody, so all I could say was….oh Cody I love it, thank you! This is always what I wanted.
