Legoland

We took a trip to Lego
land last weekend. We had a great time. We went in May 2007, and it was fun to see the difference in Cody this time around. He was really brave and even did some of the rollercoaster’s with Matt, the log ride with me, and the horse ride and driving by himself. Elena, loved watching Cody do all of the rides…the helicopters, cars, the boats, the airplanes. And toward the end of the day we went on the fairytale leaf ride and Lane loved to stand up in the boat and watch everything as we floated by. We also had a character (I don't know how to spell that, I know what I wrote is not correct and spell check did not give me any other options) drawing done of the kids. We thought this would be really fun to frame and hang in the playroom. Cody loved looking at Mini Land and especialy looking and following all of the cars etc. He also really enjoyed making a car with dad and racing it. And wouldn't you know it, it took 1st place! As you can see, he was VERY proud!! We stopped off at the beach again, but we didn’t do any swimming, we just sat there and enjoyed the picturesque moment of it all. We were total rebels and only caught a few talks from conference on Matt’s phone/everything. But it has been really fun this past week to spend a few minuets a day and watch the talks online. My favorite pictures from Legoland, we got when we were leaving. My camera battery just died and so we used Matt’s phone camera. I love how this Lego people fit our family perfectly. That's right, this last picture is not me or Elena. They are lego people.
